What to wear on a quad safari
There is a serious amount of mud, water and dust on the trail, and nobody comes back clean. Dress for that, and pack for the shower afterwards.

Short answer
Wear old, dark clothes and fully closed shoes. Bring a towel and a complete change of clothes for the showers at the base, and ID if you are driving. Goggles and a bandana can be bought at the base.
Wear
- Old, dark clothes you do not mind ruining — mud and water come up in sheets
- Fully closed shoes — not sandals or flip-flops
Bring
- A towel — the base has showers and changing cabins
- A complete change of clothes, including underwear and dry shoes if you have them
- A bag for the muddy clothes
- ID, if you are driving: the base checks the driver's
- Sunglasses and sun cream
At the base, if you want them
Goggles against the mud and a bandana against the dust are sold at the base. They are not in the fare.
Leave at the hotel
Valuables, and anything you would be sorry to see covered in mud.
Questions
Will my clothes be ruined?
They may well be. The trail runs through mud and standing water — wear clothes you can lose.
Is a helmet provided?
Yes. Helmets are compulsory and issued at the base, in the price.
