Booking terms
A simple arrangement in plain words: you reserve your places, we organise the transfer and the ride, and the fare is paid on the day.
Who you book with
Your booking is made with Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB under No. 11294.
What a reservation is
Your booking reserves places on the Off-Road Forest Track for the chosen date and session; no money changes hands online. Your pickup time follows after booking — and should collecting you as booked prove impossible, you hear it from us before the day rather than on it.
What the price includes
- The transfer between your hotel, in one of the nine listed Side areas, and the safari base — there and back
- A safety briefing by certified instructors
- A helmet, issued at the base
- A supervised test lap
- 1.5–2 hours of off-road quad riding
- Showers and changing cabins at the base
Not included
- Goggles and bandanas, sold at the base
- Food and drinks
- Photos and video by the base's media team
- Personal expenses
Prices and payment
The fares: €25 per adult (16 and older) and €15 per child passenger from 6 to 15 — paid on the day of the ride. The total shown before you confirm comes from the same fares the booking is stored with; should the two ever differ, the stored booking applies, and we would tell you before your ride rather than after.
Who may drive and ride
Drivers must be 16 or older and show ID at the base. Passengers must be 6 or older and ride belted; children ride as passengers behind an adult driver. Every booking needs at least one adult. Guests with back or neck problems should take the passenger seat. Helmets are compulsory, and the instructors' safety rules apply on the track.
Pickup
From the listed areas the transfer is included. The collection time depends on your hotel and session; we confirm it after booking. Please be ready a few minutes early. A pickup from outside the listed areas is never accepted automatically — ask us first.
If something changes
Should the ride become impossible as booked, we let you know as soon as it is clear. Nothing is then owed by either side — no payment was taken, so none has to be returned.
Belongings
Valuables are safest left at your hotel. Wear clothes you do not mind ruining: there is a lot of mud, water and dust on the trail.
